This was the best renting experience I've had this year. I usually like to avoid renting cars because the process itself can be time consuming. However, Juan was professional and excellent to work with, which made my experience smooth and easy. He was knowledgeable on the vehicles and the renting process, and provided me with answers to questions before I needed to ask.
