Stayed on second floor. Bed was very soft. Room was clean and meet my needs. The shower head was a little low. Staff was professional and nice. Free WiFi, but no free breakfast or drinks. Easy to get to.
I am giving this 5 stars. The only imperfection was that the shower fixtures looked worn. Functioned perfect and water was great. Room was big space and perfectly clean. So was the lobby and gym.
The Bistro serves Starbucks. Very clean and kind servers. Even though it was a busy Sunday morning.
The rooms were very spacious and the beds we're very comfortable! I thoroughly enjoyed the Continental breakfast, best I have ever had, so many items to choose from, fresh and delicious food!
Enjoyed my stay. One of the staff went above and beyond trying to find me a room as I needed to extend my stay and they were fully booked. Very good customer service even though I had to go to another hotel.
The staff was overly courteous and helpful, the pool area was also very pleasant!!! I was very happy with my stay!!!
Both at check and out, the staff were very nice and cordial.
We stayed for a few days during a competition. The room was fine and the hell offering conference Rob's was excellent. Biggest complaint, and worth a star drop, is Courtyards new 'feature' of Starbucks bars. Having this means coffee is no longer free and, more importantly, only available at certain times of the day. There was also a constant line in the morning as the one staff person Manning the counter was getting people breakfast food and coffee. As we are competing, we often need to head out at 5am, and having to plan coffee for parents is difficult. Even for 8am times to leave, the line always added time to when we could leave. Besides that the hotel was fine. We did have the flair give out in our toilet the last night, but that is the only problem. It was nice having Panera within walking distance.
