Movie experience is fine. Service not so good. Servers do not respond to simple requests...napkins for example ( I had to ask 3 different servers 4 times). Cleanliness of eating areas is fair, most times they are not clean and sticky from prior use. Food quality is a 5 out of 10. I come back for the seating and convenience. Improvements in these areas are not difficult to make. Fingers crossed.
Like the table and seating setup. The Kentucky lemonade was good. However the Royal burger was horrible. Need to step the food quality up for the price.
This movie theather is decent. The reason it gets a one star, is the staff. The staff doesn't know how to run customer service. And take forever to help people. We asked to use our stubs points and they processed it wrong. And it took 2 managers 15 minutes to try to help us. We almost missed out movie. I don't like this movie theather any more. Food is sub par, and over priced.
So cool, the staff sang "go home" to us as we were leaving our seats, apparently watching the credits deserves a serenade. My second favorite thing was being able to hear a staff party going on (in a break room adjacent to theatre 6 maybe) for the entire film. Third favorite thing is that I usually get to order my food and drinks after the film starts. I love it here.
The projectors are old and dim and the surround sound isn’t good. The lights at the tables don’t turn off during the movie and the servers’ radios are distracting. Not worth it.
