Last month, I was involved in a fender-bender in West orange. I chose Moshe's because they were the closest auto body shop which was recommended by my insurance company. I called at about 11:30 on a Saturday (they close at 12) and they offered to keep the shop opened beyond normal business hours just so my car wouldn't have to spend the weekend in the tow yard! Imagine that! Furthermore, every time I called or visited the shop I was treated with the utmost courtesy. And after the first phone call, they always remembered my name. Honestly, these guys should teach classes in customer service.

They also work quickly. Initially, they estimated that it would take around two weeks to complete the repairs (the entire front end was damaged). The repairs were actually completed within 5 days.
Most importantly, they seemed to be very honest and transparent. Before paying the bill, I asked many questions about the repairs which were made. The guys at Moshe's happily handed me a copy of the itemized insurance estimate and answered questions until I was satisfied. They didn't even act offended. In fact, they seemed rather eager to "show off" their work.

scum bags! my car broke down a year ago so i called AAA and they sent one of moshes trucks to pick it up. dispite me telling the driver to tow it to my mechanic, the next thing i know he took it back to moshes auto repair. they charged me triple what even the deeler would have charged me. and they also gave me junk yard parts and told me they wer new. How are these crooks still in buisiness??
I have 2009 Nissan Maxima that wouldn't start i took my car to my regular mechanic who have my car for a week but couldn't figure it out i was referred to Moshe's i was so nervous and discouraged from reading some of these riews but let me tell u he told me from the start... I will fix it gave me hope so i gave a little trust and happy to say my car was fixed with no problem... I write this to say please go experience what i've experienced go get your car fixed here going to the dealer was about to murder my pockets. Thank you so much Moshe's you just became my new mechanic
