Thank you doctor and staffs for giving us a precious memory of the first visit to the animal hospital!
Great vet! Been going there for 10th yrs. Great new facility.
- The doctor refused to answer any of my questions or concerns
- No compassion, constantly reminded me that my dog was old and will have health issues in the future
- Misdiagnosed my dog with a tumor, which turned out to be just a skin tag
The staff was friendly and caring to my 2 cats, even one that can be aggressive. Also very informative about my cat's new diagnosis.
- Rude receptionist who refused to send my turbabies recordes to another vet. Questioned asking why I wanted records sent. Didn't sent all.
Unprofessional and Rude
I brought all my 3 boys with husband for our first pet Oliver's first visit for his first shot. Every staff welcomed us. Doctor and all staffs were very nice and professional. The environment of the office was very clean and atmosphere was filled with pleasure. I feel like I want to come often even this office is a 'hospital' !
My mother and I took our dog in for an exam. We noticed a large growth on what the doctor claim was an "enlarged nipple" a year before. She told us that it was a tumor an needed to come out as soon as possible. She put him on antibiotics to reduce the swelling as well as to prepare him for surgery. After about 2 weeks after the " FALSE diagnosis" (with out an x-ray), we noticed that the swelling reduced. We also noted that it was actually a skin tag and not a tumor. The doctor pushed her way in convincing us about taking the tumor out. She was very rude to my mother and refused to speak to her about any question once we arrived for a follow up. This doctor is very nasty. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Please take heed to going to her because I strongly believe that she is over worked, rude and cares only about making money and not behaving in a way that is in the pest interest of our furr-baby. To add to this situation, while at the follow up we over heard that the doctor left an IV needle in another patient.
Negatives
-Left an IV in a dogs leg post surgery
Please take caution with this doctor, she did not do what was in the best interest of my loved one, and would have put his life at risk to perform an unnecessary surgery.
